Isis Philibert
Breakout Session
Isis Philibert is a lash artist turned salon owner, investor, and business strategist, and a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Business with a degree in Entrepreneurship. While building and scaling her own salon, she began to see lash income differently not just as service revenue, but as capital. Being fully booked wasn’t the end goal. It was proof of concept.
With formal training in business strategy, funding, growth models, and exit planning, Isis approaches the beauty industry through an entrepreneurial lens. She applies principles from multiple industries to help salons become more structured, scalable, and profitable.
Today, she teaches beauty professionals how to structure their income, build sustainable systems, and use the money they’re already making as a launchpad for bigger opportunities from scaling within the salon to investing beyond it.

Business + Financial Strategy
I’m Making Lash Money… Now what? From Lash Artist to Opportunity Builder
In this session, attendees will learn the difference between simply earning income and actually building something with it. They will gain clarity on how to properly structure their lash income by separating accounts, paying themselves intentionally, and planning for taxes and growth.
The session will guide artists in identifying their next expansion move, whether that means hiring, scaling within the salon, creating additional revenue streams, or exploring ownership opportunities.
Beyond the numbers, attendees will develop a builder mindset, shifting from thinking month to month to thinking in years, and walk away with a clear roadmap for how to use the income they are already generating to create stability, leadership, and long-term opportunity.
